Final Submission (Camera-Ready Papers)

Instructions:

Use EasyChair to submit your Camera-Ready paper. It will require the file containing your manuscript, a pdf file and a copyright form. The formats of the manuscript and other information are given below.

Manuscript Formats:

• LaTeX

We recommend the use of LaTeX2e for the preparation of your camera-ready manuscript. Please, use the Springer class file "llncs2e". We provide an entire folder with this Springer class and an Example manuscript file, that can be modified in order to prepare your Camera Ready paper.

OBS: Please submit the source of your paper (.tex file) in a zipped folder together with all the required files to compile it; i.e. figures, your own classes, .tex file, etc.

• MS-Word
We do not encourage the use of Microsoft Word, particularly as the layout of the pages (the position of figures and paragraphs) can change between printouts. However, it is not forbidden and we do provide the relevant templates (for PC and Mac environments) and a sample file that can be used to prepare you paper. Please read the instructions carefully.

Other Files:

After you have provided your formatted paper, Easychair will also require:

1. A PDF version that will be used for proofing; and

2. A copyright declaration (Ignore it).

Proceedings Publication:

The proceedings will be electronically available in this homepage.

Remarks:

If you find any problems with you final submission, please send an e-mail to cbsf2014 [at] de.ufpb.br with the subject: "Problems with Camera-Ready".

Observe the deadline for camera ready submission. Only will be published papers that follow the template of the conference and have at least one author registered on the final version submission date. Each author registered can submit up to 2 papers in any category.
